When you contact the workshop, your message comes straight to my bench—not a corporate customer service queue. Because Purple Plectrums is a strictly single-person operation, I am usually split between shaping materials, fulfilling orders, and answering messages.
I do my best to return all inquiries within 48 hours. If you haven’t heard back from me within a couple of days, it’s highly possible a spam filter caught the message or a technical glitch kept it from reaching me.
