Apollo Plectrum

I really want to love this pick. I have a hitchhiker thumb and I have a tendency to pop my thumb knuckle inward when I play. I thought a thicker pick would help straighten my thumb out. This pick does everything I was hoping for except it makes a strange overtone when I pick single notes (I’m guessing it’s the material). Love it for technical practice and speed picking, the shape and feel are perfect. But I’m afraid I can’t gig on it because of the overtones

The workmanship of the pick is amazing! You can tell a lot of time and effort went into creating it. Kori is a fantastic pick fabricator.

This is one of the smoothest picks I have ever used! UHMWPE is an incredible material. It's seems to be virtually indestructible, very light weight, and the texture is reminiscent of wood.

To my ears, it produces a somewhat bright tone. I can actually turn the volume down a bit when using this pick.

Love this pick, wasnt sure how I’d feel about the thickness but im really enjoying it. So much more comfortable than a 1-2mm pick. Great for long sessions and fast playing, or people with who experience hand pain when playing.

The first three note per string run I did, I noticed an increase in my speed and accuracy. I love the standard thickness of this pick and enjoy that it’s similar in other dimensions as a jazz iii pick.
